Phase 1: Backstop netting – A complete rebuild of the backstop and netting with the use of a new netting system that opens the sightlines for all spectators and better protects the neighborhood from foul balls.

Phase 2: New Dugouts with railing and equipment shed along the 3rd base line – A complete rebuild of the third base home dugout and attached equipment shed to house all field maintenance materials. Also, a new protective railing spanning the length of the dugout will be installed.

Phase 3: Create a new concession stand, new field entrance, renovate restrooms and press box, new connecting bleachers
